22nd VistA Community Meeting Parking and Directions
Saturday and Sunday (1/15&16/2011) we will be meeting at the University of Washington Health Sciences Building,
located at 1705 NE Pacific St, in the T-Building, Room T747.

Do plan to arrive for registration between 8:00 - 9:00 AM (PST), as the first presentation will start promptly at 9:00 AM. A light breakfast will be provided, bagels, fruit, juice, and coffee. So come early, get your badge, have a bite to eat and get settled in.

PARKING
Parking is available for all three days of the meeting, as detailed below.
On January 14 (Friday), we have arranged parking at the Portage Bay Garage (this used to be called the West Campus Garage, and some signage may still reflect that). The garage will be staffed until 9:30 am, and the charge is $15 per vehicle. Be sure to tell them you are with the VISTA Community Meeting to receive the $15 rate. After 9:30 AM, you won't be able to enter this garage. The Triangle garage is the next closest garage, the rates are higher. There are no in/out privileges for these garages.On
January 15 (Saturday), we will be able to use the S1 lot behind the
hospital. Enter through the gate house on Columbia Road. The cost is $5
per vehicle. Be sure to tell them you are with the VISTA Community
Meeting to receive the $5 rate.
On January 16 (Sunday), we can also use the S1 lot, but the gate house will be closed and you'll be able
to drive right in.
DIRECTIONS
The 22nd VistA Community Meeting will be held at the University of Washington
Health Sciences Building, located at 1705 NE Pacific St.; and at the
University of Washington South Campus Center, located at 1601

From the south (including downtown Seattle and Sea-Tac airport):
1. Take Interstate 5 north
2. Take Exit 169 to NE 45th/NE 50th
3. Stay right to go to NE 45th Street
4. At the light, turn right onto NE 45th Street and drive about a half-mile.
5. Turn right onto Brooklyn Ave NE
6. Cross NE Pacific Street, and the garage is on your left.
From the north
1. Take Interstate 5 south
2. Take Exit 169 to NE 45th /NE 50th
3. Stay left to go to NE 45th Street
4. At the light, turn left onto NE 45th Street and drive about a half-mile.
5. Turn right onto Brooklyn Ave NE
6. Cross NE Pacific Street, and the garage is on your left.
From the east side (including Bellevue and Redmond)
1. Take State Route 520 west
2. Take the exit to Mountlake Blvd
3. Turn right onto Mountlake Blvd NE(and start working on getting into the left lane)
4. Cross the Mountlake Bridge
5. Turn left onto NE Pacific St and drive about a half-mile
6. Turn left onto Brooklyn Ave NE, and the garage is on your immediate left.
From the University Village area (including the Silver Cloud Inn and the Travelodge)
1. Take 25th Ave NE heading south
2. 25th Ave NE becomes Mountlake Blvd NE
3. Turn right onto NE Pacific St and drive about a half-mile
4. Turn left onto Brooklyn Ave NE, and the garage is on your immediate left.
